Qn: I've noticed that Our Mama Store is not really earning as there isn't any markups, why?
Ans: Our Mama Store is created with passion, not with the aim of earning big bucks. Sometimes we do get really busy, but we are happy. =)

Qn: The exchange rate now is lower, why is Our Mama Store charging higher?
Ans: The rates that we offer is basis on the actual exchange rate + % of interbank in view of the fluctuation of USD or NT when we place the order or when the bank process our order. The rates will also include bank admin charges.

Qn: I have an online store too! Can we be affiliates?
Ans: Sure! Link us up and drop us an email, we'll link you back. =)

Qn: How do I order the items I want?

Qn: I've sent in my orders, but I didn't receive any confirmation email, why?
Ans: Please allow up to 48 working hours before Mamas reply. Sometimes we are too busy sourcing more interesting items for you!

Qn: Why is my order rejected?
Ans: Do note that all incomplete orders (Incorrect links/item names etc) will be rejected. Please double check your orders/payment before you email us. =)

Qn: I want to buy items from more than one spree, How should I order?
Ans: Please send in separate emails for your orders with their respectively subject titles, as the Mamas are consolidating each spree individually. Thanks!

Qn: How much is the shipping charges?
Ans: Shipping fees varies for each spree and it depends on the total amt of units/items/weight purchased in that particular batch. As a general guide, shipping fee for our sprees so far is no more than SGD4 per unit.

Qn: How do I know whether my order/payment is sent to the correct email add?
Ans: We will reply your email with a confirmation once we've checked your orders/payment. To be safe, you may also email us prior to your ordering to ensure the right email address to send your orders to at

Qn: What payment mode do you accept?
Ans: Transfers via ATM/Internet-banking are all fine, for POSB/DBS Savings only. Regrets that we do not accept cheque payments, interbank transfers and current acc transfers.

Qn: Can I pay in cash upon meet ups?
Ans: Sorry! We only accept prepayment, i.e, before we send out/ meet you with your items.

Qn: What if I ordered something and it's out of stock?
Ans: Mamas will inform and refund you accordingly. :)

Qn: How long do I have to wait for my items?
Ans: Mamas will inform your items status once we received your payment.

Qn: Can I opt to meet up with the Mamas when my items arrived?
Ans: Sure! Currently, we do meet ups at Tanjong Pagar, Clementi and Bukit Batok only.

Qns: How much is my postage charges?
Ans: Depending on the weight of your items, Mamas will collect payment accordingly. In cases where we do not know the weight, we might collect SGD3.00 from you first for Normal postage and refund balance (if applicable) once we've posted them. Registered postage available at an additional SGD2.24.
